APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Thank you for choosing Emerald Coast Massage. To ensure availability for all clients and to respect our therapists' time, we kindly ask that you review our scheduling policies below.

APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise noted for prepaid services, gift certificates, packages, or promotional offers.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Gift certificates, prepaid services, and package sessions may be forfeited in the event of a no-show.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

Requests to change, shorten, or move an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur applicable fees.

We will make every effort to accommodate scheduling changes when availability permits.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service fee will still apply.

MULTIPLE LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS

Emerald Coast Massage reserves the right to require prepayment for future appointments or refuse future bookings after repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Fees may be waived at management's discretion in cases of genuine emergencies.

By scheduling an appointment with Emerald Coast Massage, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
